- Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement) to meet specific business and functional requirements.
- Develop plugins, workflows, and custom solutions using JavaScript, TypeScript, and Dynamics CRM Software development Kit.
- Create Power Platform components including Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Dataverse integrations.
- Support integration of Dynamics 365 CRM with external systems using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and REST APIs.
- Conduct data migrations, system testing, and performance tuning for deployed solutions.
- Collaborate with business analysts and architects to translate functional designs into technical solutions.
- Assist in documenting technical specifications, configuration guides, and deployment steps.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
- Stay up to date with the latest platform updates, best practices, and new features in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Ensure adherence to all security policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and compliance in every aspect of the role.
