Responsibilities
- Lead the design and enhancement of CI/CD pipelines for our engineering team.
- Architect and deploy scalable infrastructure solutions on cloud platforms.
- Mentor and guide junior DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts for build, deployment, and operational tasks.
- Implement and improve security measures as part of the DevOps lifecycle.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define and implement strategies for performance optimization.
- Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve system issues.

- 5+ years of experience in DevOps or related fields with a deep understanding of IT operations and software development.
- Proven expertise with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong experience with container orchestration tools, specifically Kubernetes and Docker.
- Expertise in CI/CD practices and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar platforms.
- Proficient with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby, and familiar with programming languages.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
