Job Description
As a Site Engineer at KILONEWTONS, you’ll be the technical authority on-site, responsible for supervising construction activities, ensuring quality control, and maintaining safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
On-Site Supervision: Direct and monitor construction activities daily
Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets project specifications and Egyptian codes
Technical Guidance: Resolve engineering issues and provide solutions
Progress Reporting: Document daily activities and report to Project Manager
Material Management: Oversee material deliveries and quality checks
Safety Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols on-site
Team Coordination: Liaise between contractors, subcontractors, and design teams
As-Built Documentation: Maintain accurate site records and drawings
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 3 years as Site Engineer in building construction or infrastructure
Strong knowledge of Egyptian construction codes and standards
Proficiency in AutoCAD and construction management software
Excellent problem-solving skills for on-site challenges
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills
Fluent in English and Arabic
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with high-rise buildings or large-scale projects
Knowledge of project scheduling software (Primavera, MS Project)
OSHA or similar safety certification
