- We are seeking a high-caliber Factory Manager with a proven track record in the manufacturing industry.
 
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 
- Lead and direct factory operations to meet sales demand at minimum cost while continuously improving productivity and quality.
 - Provide accurate operational data to support cost control and measurement of total conversion and quality costs.
 - Establish KPIs for all operational functions and monitor performance regularly.
 - Report operational performance and key updates to the CEO.
 - Conduct periodic performance evaluations for operations staff and recommend training or hiring needs to HR.
 - Ensure adherence to operational standards while driving ongoing improvements.
 - Collaborate with the Technical Office to review product designs for cost reduction and quality enhancement.
 - Coordinate closely with the Supply Chain team to update and achieve the master production schedule.
 
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
 - Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience as an Operations Manager (preferably in a manufacturing environment)
 - Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and cost control.
 
Working Conditions: 
- Working Hours: From 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM 
 - Fridays & Saturdays are off
 - Work Location: Badr
