The Operator plays a crucial role in providing safe, efficient, and reliable Product Service Delivery (PSD) to our clients. This position involves recognizing opportunities to enhance service delivery and supporting field and maintenance teams in equipment preparation for operations. - Ensure that job deliverables are accurate and completed within the deadline. - Engage actively in pre-job and Toolbox meetings alongside crew members. - Maintain equipment in optimal, safe condition according to established standards, promptly reporting any issues or discrepancies. - Prioritize safety for both individual team members and the crew. - Prepare equipment adequately for rig-up and rig-down phases. - Operate equipment in compliance with competency requirements and job specifications. - Utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adhere to Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) policies. - Keep up with necessary safety training requirements.
