The Sales Director for Cloudcom will be responsible for developing and executing the overall sales strategy locally and globally, driving revenue growth, and expanding market presence for our Communication Platform as a Service (CPaaS) solutions. This position will oversee and build the sales team, establish partnerships, and collaborate closely with product, R&D and marketing teams to achieve organizational targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

1. Degree of Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is a plus.
2. Total Working Experience
12+ years of overall experience in sales, business development, or related fields.
3. Total Experience in Field
6+ years of direct experience in CPaaS, SaaS, cloud communications, or related technology sectors.
4. Qualifications Necessary for the Vacancy
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a B2B environment.
Excellent direct connections with decision-making positions in Banking, Telecom, E-commerce, Fintech, and government sectors locally and globally (MENA and GULF – KSA & UAE).
Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performance sales teams.
Strong understanding of CPaaS or related cloud communication platforms.
5. Set of Skills Necessary for the Vacancy
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Advanced negotiation, presentation, and account management capabilities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to forecast and analyze sales data for strategic decision-making.
