Finance Executive- Accounts Receivable and Payment

We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Finance Executive to support on-ground financial operations. This role ensures smooth cash handling, accurate records, and critical support to the finance and CRM teams—freeing up senior members to focus on approvals and strategic tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cash Management at Sobha Sapphire:
    • Handle and reconcile daily cash transactions at site.
    • Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and timely submission to HO.
    • Coordinate with DIC finance team for approvals and record-keeping.

  • Real Estate Receipts Booking:
    • Record and track all incoming receipts from property buyers.
    • Collaborate with CRM and sales teams to ensure real-time updates.
    • Maintain accuracy and transparency in revenue reporting.

  • Administrative Support:
    • Provide support to senior finance managers and inter-department coordination as needed.
    • Assist in documentation, audit prep, or vendor coordination under Sreekanth's direction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in site-level cash handling and finance support roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and Tally/ERP software.
  • Organized, trustworthy, and proactive in communication.
