We are in search of a dedicated Recruitment Assistant to become a part of our Human Resources team and assist in cultivating the skilled workforce that drives our mission at Bask Health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, screen, and filter candidate applications to ensure they meet job specifications and qualifications.
  • Employ applicant tracking systems (ATS) to efficiently organize, monitor, and update candidate records and information.
  • Arrange and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring an efficient and pleasant experience.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all candidate-related documentation and records.
  • Enhance the candidate experience by providing timely communications and clear status updates.
  • Assist with various recruitment initiatives and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a comparable role.
  • Exemplary attention to detail with a knack for effectively evaluating candidate qualifications.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards is advantageous.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • A genuine passion for contributing to the development of a skilled and diverse workforce.
