Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our Academy Department at TUV SUD Middle East. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing client leads and preferably a background in the training industry. This role is pivotal in ensuring our sales processes run smoothly and effectively, contributing to the growth and success of our training programs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Management:
  • Handle incoming client inquiries and leads, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Qualify leads and distribute them to the appropriate sales representatives.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of leads, clients, and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Sales Support:
  • Assist the sales team with preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with clients to support the sales process.
  • Monitor and track the progress of sales leads, providing regular updates to the sales team.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Assist in resolving client issues and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the sales team to enhance sales performance.
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including managing sales documents and contracts.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and delivery of training programs.


Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and lead management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
