AHS is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant HR and Recruitment Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the HR and Recruitment Manager in executing recruitment strategies, facilitating onboarding processes, and enhancing employee relations. You will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with HR policies and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Conduct interviews, coordinate assessment processes, and facilitate candidate selection
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases
- Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive work environment
- Assist in administering HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws
- Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
- Organize training and development programs for staff members
- Participate in performance management activities and support employee development
