Your Day to Day In a Nutshell

Every day is different, but generally as a Telephone Operator, you’ll be the go-to phone person at the hotel, handling all the daily calls. Whether it's answering questions, directing calls, or hooking people up with reservations – you got it covered. Plus, you will be the chill dispatcher, sending work orders to the right crew to keep things cool inside. Just keeping it easy breezy, you know? ????

You will represent the Hotel in a vibrant and engaged manner while interacting with guests and colleagues. You will play a big role in supporting the overall success of the department’s operations.

Got those killer interpersonal skills and can solve problems like a champ? Awesome! Communication is key, so if you've got the gift of gab, even better.

English fluency is a must, and if you throw in some Arabic, that's a sweet bonus. Being literate and tech-savvy is our jam.
