A leading Maritime Company providing Marine & Oil services in Egypt and the largest regionally is seeking an experienced Diving Equipment Manager to be responsible for all diving equipment.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Audit and follow up on (presence of equipment – equipment conditions – maintenance procedures – way of use equipment – PMS and applying it and registering on maintenance records) to insure all equipment are working fine with the right usage.
- Provide and review all diving projects and workshops requests with suitable equipment and purchase new diving equipment and spare parts needed and follow up all projects and provide it with all demands and put the budget for the equipment.
- Develop the old equipment and to be up date with the last version to ensure that all the equipment are met the standards of all the regulation.
- Make all necessary tests and examining needed and issue its certificates as IMCA regulation.
- Train the diver and dive technicians in the related topic of equipment for operate and maintenance.
- Plan for mobilizing and demobilizing the equipment from and to the field and make the maneuver in the equipment between the different fields.
- Supervise and annually evaluate the dive technicians.

EDUCATION:
B.Sc electrical engineering.
Certificates:
o Dive technician (air and sat) certificate.
o Kirby Morgan certificate.
o Compressor & hydraulic M/C –out board motor certificate.
KNOWLEDGE :
Enough knowledge, experience and training in various diving operations.
EXPERIENCE:
- Mechanical equipment.
- Electronic instrument.
- 3+ years offshore field experience.
SKILLS:
Excellent in written and spoken English.
COMPETENCIES:
Excellent computer operator – excellent office programs – communication – Negotiation – work under pressure – problem solving.
