On-Hire, a leading retailer is currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Upper Egypt region with a focus on the Government sector. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and building long-term partnerships with Government clients in the assigned territory. This is an exciting opportunity for a result-oriented professional with a deep understanding of the Government sector and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for the Government sector in the Upper Egypt region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the Government sector
- Identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to target them
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by establishing and delivering on sales goals and objectives
- Provide guidance and support to the sales team, including training and development
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Government sector
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Deep understanding of the Government sector in the Upper Egypt region
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory as needed
