Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Craft and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead sales team, providing guidance for achieving targets through coaching and mentoring.
  • Build and maintain client relationships through regular communication and meetings.
  • Collaborate with marketing for effective go-to-market strategies for new products under the leadership of the Commercial Director.
  • Identify opportunities and trends in the software and digital solutions industry.
  • Develop competitive pricing strategies for profitability in the market.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring high conversion rates and shortened cycles.
  • Work with cross-functional teams for a seamless customer experience, marketing 
  • Monitor and report sales performance metrics to senior management.
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of services and products
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape.
  • Manage the sales budget, optimize ROI on marketing spend, and forecast expenses.
  • Represent the company at industry events for brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Foster a culture of excellence in the sales team through high standards and coaching.
  • Collaborate with HR for recruiting, training, and developing top sales talent.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in sales activities.


Qualifications:

  • Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration; relevant experience in MENA markets considered.
  • Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director
  • 5+ years in software/digital solutions sales leadership, achieving revenue growth targets.
  • Strong business acumen, understanding industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Excellent bilingual communication skills (Arabic & English).
  • Leadership, analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Problem-solving, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong collaboration, adaptability, and networking skills.
  • Results-oriented work ethic with a positive attitude and high energy.
