§ Understands and follows sales policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards.
§ Positions the company for prime opportunities by selling the organization’s capabilities and solutions and gathering information that will make a competent organizational approach to potential accounts.
§ Responsible for all activities related to selected accounts within a specific vertical/industry.
§ Identifies possible opportunities for new projects through maintaining excellent knowledge of offered products of all business lines.
§ Identifies potential accounts through client assessments (e.g. profitability, size of business, etc…) and client needs assessment (e.g. company capability of delivering products to client).
§ Develops exceptional knowledge of current and potential accounts’ competitors, problems, goals, needs, and issues and accordingly assists accounts in identifying needs, defining solutions, and selecting the right products and services.
§ Identifies potential/current account needs through conducting continuous technical assessments.
§ Oversees proposal development by creating offers that provide the best affordable value and ensures that proposals address the account’s key issues, needs, and requirements.
§ Responsible for the process of offer negotiations and closing deals.
§ Coordinates the efforts of groups serving the account (e.g. Project Managers, Customer Support Engineers, etc…) to ensure a synergistic company-wide approach to the account.
§ Coordinates with project managers to successfully handle the account from signing the contract till project finalization.
§ Monitors logistical functions concerning product delivery to account premises.
§ Coordinates with Finance & Accounting for assigned accounts collection activities.
§ Coordinates with business units to prepare necessary account requirements through purchase orders.
§ Monitors the efficiency of the Sales Service concerning relevant accounts in coordination with the Customer Support Function.
§ Monitors client satisfaction and communicates client concerns.
§ B.Sc. in Electronic and Communication Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar and relevant work experience.
§ 7-8 years of experience in the sales field in for Hospitality Sector
§ Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
§ Good Computer skills.
§ Proficiency in English language (speaking, reading and writing)
