Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Developing and executing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Collaborating with finance to manage the HR department budget efficiently.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Overseeing the recruitment of top-tier talent and implement retention strategies.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement: Leading efforts to maintain positive employee relations and a healthy work culture.
  • Performance Management and Development: Establishing and overseeing performance management processes.
  • Benefits Administration and Compensation: Providing oversight for employee benefit programs and ensuring legal compliance.
  • HR Policy Development and Compliance: Developing and updating HR policies in line with regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar strategic HR role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent.
  • CIPD or SHRM is preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
  • Proven track record of implementing HR policies and strategy.
  • UAE experience is essential.
  • Able to commute to Sharjah where the role is based.
