This role is pivotal in implementing sales strategies that expand our reach, strengthen client relationships, and enhance our team's sales capabilities. The ideal candidate will drive our long-term growth, aligning with our vision of business success through strategic partnerships and client satisfaction.

Objectives of This Role:

  • Develop and execute a business strategy focused on growth and positive customer experiences.
  • Maintain and nurture professional relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Utilize financial techniques to boost sales revenue and track progress against corporate goals.
  • Train and mentor sales professionals, enhancing their skills for better performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth industry research to develop effective sales solutions tailored to the GCC market.
  • Promote Eminence Talent Group’s services, focusing on identifying and anticipating client's needs.
  • Engage in high-level business meetings with prospective clients and key stakeholders.
  • Review and ensure sales contracts adhere to legal and corporate guidelines.
  • Actively seek new business opportunities to boost revenue and set Eminence Talent Group apart in the industry.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of sales growth and experience in consultative sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques, preferably in the Recruitment and HR consulting sectors.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing sales or marketing teams.
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Educational background in business, marketing, finance, or a related field.

Location:

Hybrid role based in Dubai, UAE, with global application open and relocation support provided.
