What will you do as a Business Development Manager?

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving brand acquisition and onboarding in the UAE. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the FlapKap sales pipeline in the UAE, ensuring a healthy pipeline traffic, conversion, and success rates
  • Contribute Individually to UAE Targets and Help us own the UAE market for financing SME companies.
  • Hit targets aligned with the growth of the business.
  • Help set your targets with guidance from the CCO
  • Learn processes and job functions from the bottom up with the view of tailoring them to suit the UAE market.
  • Optimize the processes that govern the full sales cycle for FlapKap customers, from prospecting through to close.
  • Build Key Account relationships
  • Regular CRM usage and recording all activities daily.
  • High productivity levels with decision makers - Meetings and calls

متطلبات الوظيفة

What skills and qualifications are we looking for?

  • 2+ years experience selling, ideally to SMB market, essential in the UAE market
  • A strong track record of exceeding targets in outbound sales as an Account Executive, ideally to the SMB market.
  • Strong network of SMB business owners within F&B, E-commerce or Retail is highly desirable
  • Strong sales instincts, results-focused, and a track record hitting and exceeding quota.
  • Great communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Independent, ambitious and self-motivated.
  • Driving license is a must
