A leading retail company working in the field of electronics, is seeking a highly motivated Corporate Sales Supervisor to join their team. As a Corporate Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing a team of sales professionals. This role requires strong leadership skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to develop and implement strategic sales initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing corporate clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans
  • Analyze market trends and competitors' activities to identify potential business opportunities
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and recommend innovative sales approaches

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and meeting targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong leadership abilities and a proven track record of managing and developing sales teams
  • Customer-focused mindset with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
  • Proficiency in sales CRM software and MS Office applications
