We are seeking a remote Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People Operations department and support our full-cycle recruiting efforts. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process. You will also play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with potential hires. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to our company's talent acquisition strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize online platforms and networks to identify and attract qualified candidates
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
  • Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
  • Assist in creating job descriptions and conducting market research for benchmarking
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or Recruiter.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Proven experience in hiring for both technical & non-technical roles.
  • Proven track record in sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a remote environment
