We are seeking a remote Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People Operations department and support our full-cycle recruiting efforts. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process. You will also play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with potential hires. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to our company's talent acquisition strategy.

Responsibilities

Utilize online platforms and networks to identify and attract qualified candidates
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
Assist in creating job descriptions and conducting market research for benchmarking
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

متطلبات الوظيفة

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or Recruiter.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Proven experience in hiring for both technical & non-technical roles.
Proven track record in sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System
Strong interviewing and assessment skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a remote environment
