Human Resource Manager

Brand Vision - MENA is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team. As the Human Resource Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing the human resource activities and functions of our organization. This role requires a deep understanding of HR best practices, coupled with excellent communication and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals
• Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the hiring of top talent
• Create and implement effective onboarding and training programs for new employees
• Manage employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
• Develop and execute compensation and benefits policies and programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and maintain accurate records
• Conduct regular audits of HR processes and procedures to identify areas of improvement
