Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the human resource presence within the LRT teams, as well as the administration of the human resources policies, procedures. The main go to person when it comes to any requirements from the HR department, works closely with the BP in creating an effective reporting system, strategies as well as budgeting.

Profil De Candidat Recherché

  • Overseeing the HR induction for all new hires.
  • Preparing a welcome pack for new hires.
  • Prepare and conduct and induction for all policies and procedures to all new hires in liaison with the employees relations manager.
  • Update & communicate all HR policies.
  • Create and deliver inductions for all line managers about HR policies and procedures.
  • Handling all Quality audits including all documents required.
  • Attending all departments progress meetings and report back with all updates to BP.
  • Work alongside the project management team to facilitate the employees experience on site.
  • Weekly/Monthly requested reports (KPI’s, promotions, HRIS requirements).
  • Developing employees engagement programs with the training and development team.
  • Exit interviews in liaison with employees relations manager & analysis.
  • Conduct Cases investigation and reports.
  • Performance appraisals follow up with line managers
  • Making sure to have quantifiable appraisal results for all employees (quarterly) with line managers.
  • Responsible of New joiners Announcements across all LRT Employees.
  • Submit preliminary JDs to the TA team.
  • Review and update organizational charts to be communicated regularly to all LRT department heads and line managers.
  • Regular visits to LRT stations to observe quality of employees experience in liaison with employees relations manager.
  • Other duties and responsibilities might be assigned.

Qualifications

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • BSc in Business Administration /BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or any other relevant field.

Knowledge

  • Working knowledge of local HR practices, multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and labor regulations.
  • Able to both lead and take a hands-on approach.
  • Leadership style includes an on-the-ground presence and understanding of employee roles and work conditions.
  • Ability to manage teams effectively.

Experience

  • 7-10 years of experience developing and implementing human resource strategies, policies, and programs in a multi-national environment.
  • Experience in HR projects and significant business expansion in terms of headcount.
  • Fluency in English is a must with Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills.
