Account Executive

As we continue to expand our footprint in the US market, we are looking for a driven and experienced Account Executive to join our team and play a crucial role in our growth by focusing on new client acquisition. This role is ideal for a strategic sales professional with experience selling a B2B SaaS product and the ability to adapt sales strategies to meet the unique needs of clients in the United States. Working remotely from Egypt, you will leverage your skills to build relationships with prospective clients, showcasing the value of WorkMotion's platform in enabling global remote work. The position requires flexibility to work from 4 pm to 3 am (UTC +2:00) to effectively cover the US market hours.

What you’ll do…

  • Develop a deep understanding of WorkMotion's services and articulate the value proposition to prospective clients in the US market
  • Implement targeted sales strategies to generate leads, engage prospects, and secure new business
  • Perform market research to identify potential clients, understanding their remote work challenges and how WorkMotion can address them
  • Utilize various outreach methods, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media, to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Deliver persuasive presentations and product demos, tailored to the needs of each prospect
  • Negotiate contracts and finalize deals, aligning with WorkMotion's goals and focus on customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities targeting the US market
  • Stay informed about remote work trends, competitive developments, and regulatory changes affecting the US market
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets to contribute to WorkMotion's global expansion efforts

What we’re looking for…

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, English Literature, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment, with a strong focus on new client acquisition
  • Proven track record of navigating the US market and understanding its unique business culture
  • Native-level proficiency in English
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and engage with high-level decision-makers
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales automation tools to manage sales processes efficiently
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility to work according to US business hours, between 4 pm - 3 am Cairo Time
