iSchool is a leading online education platform offering coding and artificial intelligence courses for students aged 6 to 18. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As the Digital Marketing Manager at iSchool, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, increase brand awareness, and enhance our online presence.


Responsibilities

  • Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans to meet business goals and objectives.
  • Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across various platforms, including paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, and email marketing.
  • Perform ongoing analysis of digital marketing campaigns to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize landing pages, website content, and user journeys for improved conversion rates.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Manage a small team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support digital marketing initiatives.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing and customer acquisition.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience managing online advertising campaigns across multiple platforms and channels.
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and improvements.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing a team.
  • Passion for education and a strong understanding of the e-learning industry is a plus.
