- Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets aligned with strategic objectives.
- Provide accurate and timely financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to support decision-making and drive financial performance.
- Perform variance analysis between actual results, budgets, and forecasts, identifying key drivers and communicating findings to stakeholders.
- Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to assess the impact of strategic initiatives, investments, and market changes on financial performance.
- Monitor and analyze key financial metrics, KPIs, and operational trends to identify risks and opportunities and recommend actions to optimize financial outcomes.
- Prepare and present financial reports and presentations for executive leadership, board meetings, and investors.
- Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data, including revenue recognition, expense tracking, and cost allocation.
- Support the development and implementation of financial systems, tools, and processes to enhance financial planning and analysis capabilities.

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
- Min 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and forecasting techniques.
- Advanced knowledge of financial analysis tools and software, such as Excel, financial planning software
- Solid understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial metrics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and communicate insights effectively.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of key drivers and dynamics in the fintech industry.
- Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial concepts to both financial and non-financial audiences.
