- · Collaborate with teams to plan and coordinate Agile development activities.
- · Facilitate Agile planning sessions, including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, and Release Planning.
- · Work closely with Product Owners to prioritize and manage the Product Backlog.
- · Assist in breaking down features and user stories into actionable tasks for the team.
- · Monitor and adjust Agile plans based on team capacity and project requirements.
- · Analyze and forecast team velocity for accurate Sprint and release planning.
- · Support teams in estimating and sizing work items for planning purposes.
- · Ensure the clarity and understanding of Sprint's goals and objectives.
- · Compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment. · Performs other related duties or assignments as directed.
- · English: Advanced & Arabic is preferred. · Very good knowledge of banking systems, applications, and banking operations.

Key Responsibility :
- · Plan and coordinate Agile activities in alignment with project goals.
- · Collaborate with teams to create and manage Sprint and release plans.
- · Assist in backlog grooming to refine and prioritize user stories and tasks.
- · Monitor progress and adjust plans based on team velocity and changing requirements.
- · Conduct regular planning and review meetings to ensure alignment with objectives.
- · Support teams in resolving planning-related issues and adjusting schedules as needed.
- · Implement and maintain best practices for Agile planning methodologies.
- · Foster an environment of adaptability and continuous improvement in planning processes.
- · Assist in identifying and mitigating risks related to planning and execution.
- · Ensure that the team's planning activities align with Agile principles and standards.
- · Follows all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Agile Planner, Scrum Master, or in a similar role
- . Demonstrated experience in facilitating Agile planning sessions and backlog management.
- Proficiency in using Agile planning tools and software for effective coordination.
