iSchool, an innovative and fast-growing EdTech company that provides cutting-edge educational technology to young students, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic Human Resources team. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at iSchool, you will lead the full-cycle recruitment process and play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company's expansion.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and implement best practices for candidate selection. You will leverage various channels and platforms to source potential candidates, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit.


Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
  • Source potential candidates through multiple channels, including online platforms, social media, and professional networks
  • Review resumes and applications, and conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the selection process
  • Manage the offer process, including negotiating salary and benefits packages
  • Collaborate with the HR team to enhance the employer branding and candidate experience
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement

  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, with a focus on senior-level recruitment
  • Extensive knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and evaluation
  • Experience using recruitment tools and platforms, such as applicant tracking systems, social media, and professional networks
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
