متطلبات الوظيفة
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in employer branding and engagement.

Analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making.
Ability to create compelling content.
Familiarity with market trends and employee perspectives.
