As a Sales Team Leader at iSchool, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support
  • Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them
  • Monitor individual and team performance, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes and improve customer satisfaction
  • Drive sales by actively participating in customer interactions and closing deals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management
