We are looking for Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) Engineer for one of our clients with the following details:
Start Date:1 JAN 2025
Duration: 24 months
Location: UAE
Qualifications & Experience Required
- A minimum of 5 years of HSEQ experience, specifically in power infrastructure projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related construction discipline.
- Training in HSE, with IOSH Managing Safely certification or an equivalent qualification highly recommended.
- Monitor and enforce safety standards to ensure compliance.
- Support the promotion of personal HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) awareness among all team members and company employees.
- Assist in ensuring that all facilities, tools, equipment, and assets within the area of management responsibility are maintained safely and used correctly.
- Participate in regular inspections and audits of facilities and resources under management responsibility, aiming to identify and eliminate potential health, safety, and environmental hazards.
- Take necessary corrective actions to prevent future incidents and assist others in doing so.
- Report unsafe acts or conditions to the site supervisor or Line Manager and coordinate corrective measures.
- Plan and manage the provision of personal protective equipment.
- Regularly update the Line Manager on various activities through comprehensive safety reports.
