About The Role:
As an Associate Software Project Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the project managers in every phase, from contract initiation to final client sign-off. It involves coordinating internal stakeholders, maintaining clear communication with clients, and ensuring project documentation accuracy. Additionally, it requires diligent tracking of project timelines and upholding company process flow compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Facilitate project managers in project delivery, commencing from contract signing, concluding with client sign-off, and overseeing final delivery.
- Harmonize internal stakeholders for seamless project scope delivery.
- Initiate communication with both internal and external clients, and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Aid in crafting project documentations, including project plans, SOW documentation, and weekly status reports for clients.
- Track project timelines among internal and external stakeholders, ensuring adherence.
- Verify compliance with the overall company process flow throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Required Skills &Abilities:
- Demonstrated ownership mindset
- Proficiency in project management, including planning and execution.
- Strong organizational capabilities.
- Effective time management skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project).
- Experience in client interfacing.
- Background in software development is preferred.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science is preferred
- Project management certification is a plus.
- Agile project management knowledge is a plus.
- 3 - 5 years of experience, particularly in software project management.
