As a Sr IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing enterprise-level assistance to our users. You will diagnose and analyze infrastructure problems and updates. Will be responsible for asset management & maintenance. Security ownership on all levels and create security reports.

● Ensure coordination and management of IT Help Desk and the timely resolution of requests according to SLAs.

● Have a deep understanding of Dubizzle Egypt IT applications and core infrastructure.

● Provide Support for all IT related matters.

● Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.

● Diagnose and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.

● Work and provide mentorship to the entry levels in the team.

● Extract security reports and log all vulnerabilities.

● Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits.

● Full ownership to Dubizzle assets and track its life cycle and maintenance.

● Use ITSM software, email and chat applications to give users quick answers to simple IT issues.

● Ensure all issues are properly logged and documented.

● Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.

● Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.

متطلبات الوظيفة

Qualifications: BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or relevant field Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL or similar certification is a plus.

Experience: +4 years of IT experience in one of the following( computer networks, IT, System Administration).

Knowledge:-

  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other techproducts.
  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (eg. Zoho).

Skills:-

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Traits:-

  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues Natural helper, enjoys assisting people with computer issues.
  • Ability to explain technical matter in simple terms.
