Payroll Analyst - (Business Services)

Job Description

• Preparation and control of monthly salary calculations and payrolls of employees
• Preparation of accounting records of monthly payroll expenses according to estimated cost centers.
• Preparation of salary payment information in the format requested by Banks.
• Preparation of monthly payroll summary and reports
• Preparation and submission of monthly SSI declarations
• Monthly reconciliation of all payroll accounts with the Finance Department (salary payments, Sos Sec. premiums, deductions, and all payment items)
• Preparing payroll records that include the payroll differences concerning salaries and social benefits retrospectively, submitting and making the payments for additional Social Security Institute notifications.
• Fulfilling internal/external audit requirements for satisfying process compliance
• Handling Payroll Input Platforms (ServiceNow, Teams etc)
• Developing local Standard Operating Procedure
• Developing the Payroll Systems
  
  

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject
• Fluency in English
• in payroll processes
• Deep knowledge of Payroll calculations and end-to-end payroll processes.
• Good knowledge of labor law.
• Good analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Team player with good communication skills,
• HRIS knowledge: Workday and Service Now knowledge preferred.
• High sense of responsibility and ability to work with critical timelines
