  • Provide Oracle HCM, Payroll, Performance Management, Compensation, Absence Management, and Time & Labor & Learning Management implementation expertise
  • working with users to formulate and document business requirements
  • To identify, investigate, and analyze business processes, procedures and work practices
  • To identify and recommend optimal business practices, and system functionality and behavior
  • To manage the complete aspects of the Oracle HRMS Development Life Cycle, including architecture, development, testing, training, implementation and support of reporting applications
  • To share responsibility for deploying functional solutions, such as creating, adopting and implementing system test plans, which ensure acceptable quality and integrity of the system
  • To create user and training documentation,
  • To develop functional specifications for use by system developers
  • Provides training to system users as necessary
  • Lead all functional aspects of the system development life cycle for both large projects and small enhancements
  • Effectively running customer workshop sessions explaining implementation approach and recommending future state process and solution design
  • Currently acting as a central reference and information source, providing guidance and assistance in the implementation process for any new enhancement
  • Configures systems as required by business requirements by acting as the super user in each system and updating settings, and tables, in order to ensure systems meet business process requirements accurately and in a timely manner
  •  Demonstrates experience and expertise in designing and executing tests and implementation and in internal communications and senior management, the ability to work autonomously
  •  Working with payroll to automate process of Pension Calculation & other benefits
  • Calculation of Overtime & Extra-time Compensation.
  •  Resolving issues/challenges/defects, including those raised by end users
  •  Working with the performance management team to publish the appraisal plan & coordinating with the administrator for any technical issues.

    • Bachelor's degree or higher degree in relevant fields.
    • 5+ years experience
    • Possesses strong business and consulting acumen.
    • Possess strong stakeholder management with the ability to properly manage stakeholder expectations and escalations.
    • Possess strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication skills in English.
