Job Description

As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage our target audience, and drive business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in Hindi or be bilingual in Hindi and English, along with a passion for digital marketing and social media trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Create compelling and culturally relevant content in Hindi or bilingual content that resonates with our target audience, including posts, videos, stories, and other multimedia formats.
  • Manage and curate content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent posting schedules aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and company initiatives.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities to engage with our audience, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and product development, to align social media efforts with overall business objectives and marketing strategies.
  • Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay informed about social media trends, platform updates, and best practices, and proactively share insights and recommendations with the team to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on content creation, community management, and audience engagement.
  • Fluency in Hindi or bilingual proficiency in Hindi and English is required.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for organic and paid content distribution.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics) preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey ideas effectively in Hindi or bilingual content.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for storytelling, with the ability to develop engaging and culturally relevant content that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
