- Prepares schedules for CONTRACTOR’s WORK.
- Prepares overall project schedules including CONTRACTOR, COMPANY, specialist vendor and installation contractor activities.
- Monitors performance against agreed schedules and reports variance to Project Manager.
- Prepares cost estimates. Obtains review and concurrence on same and advises impacts as a result of scope changes.
- Evaluates scope changes for schedule impact.
- Monitors project cost, commitments, and develops forecasts.
- Reviews installation contractor’s change order requests for validity of cost and schedule impact.
- Familiarity with PERT/CPM scheduling techniques and program selected for the project. Competence in computer spreadsheet program used for Project.

- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree with Minimum Experience of 10 years of Cost Estimating and CPM experience (If experience is less than 10 years; Strong experience & strength in specific filed shall be submitted with resume).
