You will be working as Project Specialist, will be part of Process Automation business area for Process Industries division based in Cairo, Egypt. In this role you will be reporting to operation Manager and will be responsible to coordinate aspects of the project and support project managers in the management and execution of the project.

Sales Support Manager

Your responsibilities

• Conducting analysis of plan versus actual project performance under the supervision of the Project Manager or Project Planning & Controls Manager
• Preparing materials for and assisting in project reviews, updating project (cost) adjustments, approved by the Project Manager and Controller, in SAP or other project controls systems
• Monitoring, controlling and releasing requests for invoicing, based on instructions from the project manager
• Effectively communicating appropriate information to mostly internal project stakeholders
• Controlling documentation accuracy and consistency, based on tasks assigned by Project Manager or Project Documentation Specialist and procedures agreed with the customer
  
  

Your background

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in relevant field
• Responsibility for all aspects of order processing, entering new orders inspecting shipments, managing customer satisfaction
• Work with other departments as needed and direct warehouse personnel to get shipments out
• Fluency in both spoken & written English & Arabic language is required.
• French language is an added advantage.
