PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABLITIES

Communications

  • Support Communications Manager on executing the company’s communication strategy.
  • Create and curate engaging content (welcome letters, briefs, short write-ups, social media and LinkedIn captions, etc.)
  • Communicate and build relationships with key stakeholders (e.g., media, influencers, suppliers, PR agency, event agency, etc.)
  • Assist in administrative duties

Events

  • Build event guest lists and draft invitation text.
  • Send out invitations to targeted guest list, secure attendance and create a confirmed attendees list.
  • Support Communications Manager in handling the day to day communication with third party suppliers (e.g., venue, event agency, PR agency, production, etc.)
  • Lead and manage few events/projects as and when required.
  • On-ground support during events (e.g., manage guests, rehearsals, goodie bags, etc.)

Trips/Photoshoots

  • Manage all logistics pertaining to media and influencer trips including: flight and hotel bookings, coordination of transfers, creation of guest agendas, draft welcome letters, prepare gift hampers, etc.
  • On-ground support during shoots

PR Kits

  • Coordinate PR Kit dispatch logistics
  • Review proposed media and influencer list by agency and adjust where required
  • Ensure timely submission of PR Kit reports by agency

Presentations & Reports

  • Support the Communications Manager in creating presentations for multiple projects (internal and external)
  • Work on campaign/event/PR activity wrap up reports within a defined template

Other

  • Support the Communications Manager with the social media plan, post and reports.
  • Consistently update activity calendars, posting schedules and stakeholder lists

Program Requirements & Skills

  • Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
  • A team player with passion for the Communications industry
  • Good verbal and written communication skills. Strong ability to multitask.
  • Excellent organizational skills (e.g., time management, attention to details, etc.)
