Our vision is to expedite the adoption of electric vehicles in Egypt and the region by developing state-of-the-art electric drivetrain solutions. YOU’LL WORK ON:

You will work on improving and maintaining employee files and the company compliance with local regulations. You will manage the company’s relations with the labour office as well as other relevant government entities. You will participate in setting the company HR policies and procedure as well as monitor and ensure their implementation.

YOU'LL HAVE OWNERSHIP OVER:

  • Monitor requirements, audit company HR policies and procedures, and provide actionable recommendations to ensure the company is fully compliant with employment laws.
  • Manage & maintain Human Resources (HR) compliance by conducting period reviews, audits, and annual submissions, including, but not limited to, gathering, reviewing, and analysing internal records, social insurance and labour offices submissions & relations.
  • Help draft Human Resources procedures, processes, and policies to better facilitate compliance, including updating the Employee Handbook.
  • Build, Manage and track physical and digital personnel files, ensuring effective control and accuracy.
  • Ensure onboarding and offboarding are properly conducted from a compliance view point.
  • Handle all documentation requests from employees, the labour office and any other legal entity.
  • Ensure our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) remains an accurate source of information on personnel matters, including updates related to overtime and vacations.
  • Conduct scheduled Human Resources compliance audits and prepared data summaries, presentations, and reports on findings status and recommendations.
  • Exercise professionalism and confidentiality always, building trust and strong partnerships with clients.


YOU ARE:

  • BSc degree in human resources, business administration, or a relevant field
  • Four (4) years of Human Resources experience
  • Experience in a fast-paced team environment with strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Human Resources practices, employment laws, and compliance experience
  • Resourceful, analytical, and problem-solving aptitude
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
