  • Create and effectively communicate the digital marketing capability roadmap with the executive team and senior stakeholders. Lead cross-functional collaboration across marketing and technology to define and prioritize foundational and innovative digital marketing capabilities
  • Manage the full fledge performance marketing strategy by utilizing social media networks and digital platforms
  • Provide thought leadership, customer research strategy, and oversight for best practice methods and tools that enable strategic insights into customer segments, trends, needs, and expectations
  • Oversee a particular area, product, or service within the larger brand strategy. Involves managing development or delivery (or both)
  • Define, design, and deliver significant, compelling, and differentiating experiences for customers and ensure that business areas/units execute the CX digital strategy
  • Manage certain aspects of the external communications system with some guidance from senior colleagues. This could mean being responsible for the development or operation of the system
  • Lead a range of stakeholders in the development of the ideal customer journey, incorporating concepts of reachability, convenience of service and purchase, personalization, ease of use, and flexibility
  • Lead the performance and integration of highly sophisticated analytics to promote understanding of different business areas or critical business challenges/opportunities
  • Lead the implementation of the digital CX business plan, ensuring the right resources are in place to execute the digital CX strategy across the various stages of the customer and product life cycle
  • Collaborate on the development of the digital road map and key strategic enablers, designing the workflow and business processes that allow new applications, products, and services to be rolled out quickly while ensuring that legacy applications and technology operations are maintained at optimal levels
  • Execute strategy to grow digital talent, ensuring the company delivers on its value proposition for digital talent through its talent development and employee experience plans.
  • The Social Media Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring the company's social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and increase sales and audience engagement. This role involves creating and curating relevant content, managing social media platforms, analyzing social media data, and staying updated with industry trends and social media best practices.

Responsibilities

Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals and marketing objectives.
  • Identify target audience, trends, and insights to develop engaging content.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in social media platforms and tools, and adjust the strategy as needed.

Content Creation And Curation

  • Create, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (text, images, videos) across various social media platforms.
  • Curate relevant content from industry sources and user-generated content.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone across all social media channels.

Community Management

  • Interact with the online community and respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally.
  • Foster positive relationships with followers and manage online discussions.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints effectively and escalate issues when necessary.

Social Media Advertising

  • Create and manage social media advertising campaigns to promote products, services, and events.
  • Monitor and optimize ad performance based on key metrics such as click-through rates and conversions.
  • Budget management for paid social media campaigns.

Analytics And Reporting

  • Analyze social media data and user engagement metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns.
  • Prepare regular reports on social media performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor social media activities.

Collaboration

  • Collaborate with sales, to integrate social media into overall marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate social media campaigns with product launches and other marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Post Studies: A marketing Diploma is preferred
  • Years of experience: From 6 To 10
  • Solid experience in performance marketing using Meta, google, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Facebook blueprint certificate and Google ad digital marketing certifications
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
