About The Role

This is a full-time on-site role in Dubai as a Business Analyst. As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to analytical skills, business analysis, communication, business process, and business requirements. The role involves working with cross-functional teams to drive process efficiencies, improve customer experience, and fulfill business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or related field
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools
• Experience in business analysis and process improvement
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with business requirements documentation and management
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent command in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
