Job Purpose


Partner With Sales Operations Manager to Oversees the day-to-day operations of the commercial business. developing new strategies to increase revenue or improve customer satisfaction. This might include creating new product offerings, improving existing products or services, or finding ways to streamline processes to make them more efficient. Closing the loop between field sales and commercial planning through continuous communication and engagement on all market activities and internal obstacles to ensure adequate actions are taken to achieve sales targets and company KPIs.


ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


▪ Partners with Sales Operations Manager to Support commercial planning Manager to lead the monthly commercial business review meetings, covering all aspects follow ups, including marketplace performance, key initiatives execution, results updates, .etc.

▪ Communicate with field sales team their detailed monthly targets down to customer and route level and explaining how their target was built and communicate with demand planning team in case target change is required.

▪ Always strive to improve sales forecast accuracy by daily and weekly follow up with sales team and continuous feedback to the demand planning team.

▪ Ensure continuous review of market pricing, discounts and trends; and utilizing this information in managing the plan and initiatives execution.

▪ Ensure daily logging and documentation of all competitor and internal activities for volume variance analysis.

▪ Manage wholesale customer stock monitoring to analyze market sell out rates and adequate targets for WS channel.


▪ Monitor the execution of demand planning process with actual production plan to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained at depots to cover sales RE.


ARE THSES YOUR SECERET INGRIDENTS:


• 5-7 years of experience in Sales, Operations in FMCG Industries

• Strong Sales, Operational & CRM background.

• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision making

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
