Manage and maintain CRM system data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and efficiency in sales processes.
Develop and implement sales policies, procedures, and guidelines to improve sales productivity and effectiveness.
Create and deliver sales performance reports and dashboards to provide insights and support decision-making.
Assist in developing and managing sales incentive programs to motivate and reward the sales team.
Support the sales team in lead generation and qualification activities.
Provide training and onboarding to new sales team members on sales processes and systems.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales operations and recommend improvements accordingly.
