as Middle East & Africa - Remote Support Engineer for Molecular Imaging
(MI) Products, based in Cairo, Egypt.

Your Tasks And Responsibilities
- Analyzing technical malfunctions in MI systems mainly in cooperation with clinical customers but also with service technicians.
- Carrying out a qualified preliminary clarification and then preparing an action plan, including a spare part proposal while focusing on a high site visit avoidance and first visit fix rate.
- You will be responsible for monitoring the measures as well as for carrying out adjustments and escalations to CSE-Support or HSC.
- Actively support and drive the company wide "From Onsite to Online" strategy in the MI area, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction in the process.
- Participate in a global team of experts in which you utilize in virtual meeting rooms, chats, or remote access together with our internal knowledge database to carry out diagnosis independently on the system.
Your Qualifications And Experience
- A completed training as an electrical or Biomedical system engineer or a comparable professional qualification with extensive experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical or biomedical engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a service technician or installation engineer for PET and SPECT systems
- Healthcare industry and Molecular Imaging Modality’s experience are must.
