Learning & Development intern | MAF Lifestyle | Human Capital

ROLE SUMMARY

Join the vibrant Human Capital team at MAF Lifestyle! Dive into the world of fashion and retail with our esteemed brand portfolio including Abercrombie & Fitch, All Saints, CB2, Crate and Barrel, Poltrona Frau, THAT Concept Store, Lululemon, Hollister, and LEGO. We're looking for interns and recent graduates to embark on an enriching internship journey with us!

ROLE PROFILE

• Assist in creating and formatting reports using various tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, or other reporting software
• Compile data and information to generate regular and ad-hoc reports for management.
• Assist in maintaining organized files and documentation systems.
• Enter and update information accurately in databases or other systems.
• Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
• Contribute to the evaluation of training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and feedback analysis.
• Support the coordination of training logistics, such as scheduling sessions, booking venues, and managing training materials.
• Support special projects and initiatives within the Learning and Development department as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent to Fluent English
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Human Resources
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
