Learning & Development Intern

As a Learning & Development Intern, you will work as a vital member of the L&D team, many of the responsibilities will involve managing L&D systems and projects, maintaining reports, researching potential training opportunities and organising L&D events.

In this role, you will:

• Participate in developing digital and blended learning solutions, working with the L&D team on creating Live and (e)Learning content.
• Provide support to the L&D team in managing the digital learning tools and the learning management system.
• Arrange the booking of trainers, venues, travel, accommodation, and facilities for L&D events.
• Communicate course requirements with trainers, facilities, learners, and external suppliers with agreed timelines.
• Provide a reliable point of contact for all learning and development matters.
• Produce reports on learning and development activity using agreed HR performance indicators.
• Prepare or select any learning and development materials or programmes required by the learners/trainers.
• Produce and maintain accurate records of learning and development activity in compliance with procedures.
• Monitor and collate L&D evaluation forms.
• Continuously improve and innovate Learning content through ongoing research and development.
