We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Assistant to join our team. As a Payroll Assistant, your main responsibility will be to assist with processing payroll and ensuring accurate and timely payments to our employees. You will work closely with our payroll team to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with processing payroll and ensuring accurate and timely payments
  • Calculate wages, deductions, and overtime accurately
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure they are up-to-date
  • Prepare and distribute paychecks
  • Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees
  • Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Assist with year-end payroll processes
