Job Description

  • Installing and configuring and upgrading computer hardware and software.
  • Respond to support queries from help desk ticketing system, phone and email.
  • Installing and upgrading anti-virus software to ensure security at the user level.
  • Performing tests and evaluations on new software and hardware.
  • Installing and troubleshooting of CCTV.
  • Responsible for PCs, Printers, and related equipment (monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, etc.).
  • Managing employees' emails/accounts.
  • Adding and updating inventory of all equipment, software, and license users.
  • Creating and updating IT data documentation if needed.


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience working in a help desk environment.
  • A+, N+ experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organized to handle Help desk tickets effectively.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic computer technical issues.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
