Job Description
Installing and configuring and upgrading computer hardware and software.
Respond to support queries from help desk ticketing system, phone and email.
Installing and upgrading anti-virus software to ensure security at the user level.
Performing tests and evaluations on new software and hardware.
Installing and troubleshooting of CCTV.
Responsible for PCs, Printers, and related equipment (monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, etc.).
Managing employees' emails/accounts.
Adding and updating inventory of all equipment, software, and license users.
Creating and updating IT data documentation if needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
5+ years of experience working in a help desk environment.
A+, N+ experience is preferred.
Excellent communication skills.
Highly organized to handle Help desk tickets effectively.
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic computer technical issues.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
