About The Role

As the Partnerships Marketing Manager, you will drive Red Bull's growth by securing key partnerships and creating impactful marketing initiatives. You'll lead strategy, manage relationships, and ensure successful integration of partners into our plans. All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

Partnerships Strategy, Structure, and Processes

Develop an annual partnership strategy and fully lead on partnerships business plan based on company overall strategy and business objectives. Fully responsible on income planning and delivering on agreed upon income targets. Lead on developing annual partnership proposals based on all marketing activities. Identify strategic partnerships opportunities to approach and on-board the right partners needed to support in executing all marketing plans & activities. Ensure credible partner integration in all marketing plans and ensure balance of value for like partners, consumers, and Red Bull brand. Build and create the right structure that enables an effective partnership program that focuses on partners acquisition, revenue generation and building sustainable partnerships. Develop and manage internal processes across all involved departments to ensure an efficient workflow. Ensure partnership deals and activities are executed according to guidelines and aligned with relevant HQ counterparts Managing the ticketing partner and ensure maximum benefits are obtained through a mutually beneficial partnership. Fully managing & leading on the process of merchandise & licensing, delivery of products and exploring sales opportunities.

Partners Recruitment, Delivery, and Reporting

Develop a strong network of relevant strategic partners that add value to the brand and marketing activities. Identify partners that enable Red Bull to expand in terms of reach and gain exposure to a broader consumer base. Develop strong partnerships proposal based on the commercial benefit & objectives for our partners. Create commercial agreements with partners including creative collaborations, credible integration while ensuring a strong return on objectives for partners. Fully leading on pitching and generating revenues to support all events and projects across the year. Leading on partners relations from approaching to closing deals and reporting, while building a strong long-term relationship that is retained and grows year on year. Actively approach partners with customized proposals that ensures balance of value for both brands. Work closely with the sales team to identify sales opportunities through partnerships and capitalize on sales team network to explore potential marketing partnerships. Work on securing key destinations & event venues managed by government bodies for events and marketing initiatives. Negotiate all business agreements, set terms and assign agreed upon deliverables and work with legal teams to draft contracts and deliver them on time. Monitor, evaluate and ensure execution of all agreed upon deliverables from both parties. Communicate closely with partners and internal teams during execution of the agreed upon commitments to achieve the required outcome. Be present during events and activities that include partners to ensure perfect execution and build/explore further opportunities or improvement with partners. Constantly assess and evaluate our partnership program to ensure we deliver a high return on objectives to our partners. Ensure timely, detailed reporting & evaluation of outcomes to identify successes and gaps in our partnerships.

Marketing Leadership & Cross Marketing

Actively be part of the marketing leadership team and take part in the development of strategic business plan while identifying marketing and partnership opportunities that strengthen and add value to our marketing program. Contribute to the overall marketing program and actively develop marketing & sales opportunities/initiatives through partners collaboration. Work with all marketing team members to further develop their projects and support when needed. Constantly share learnings and best practices to all involved parties with clear assessments of projects (targets vs achieved). Effectively manage budgets & submit business cases when required.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

  • 5+ Years of experience in working within Marketing, Account Management, or Events ideally with project leadership responsibilities.
  • Relevant experience in stakeholder management, communication, partnership and/or sales would be a plus.
  • Strong influencer, sales minded with external relationships with top brands, and understands how to develop ideas to accelerate growth and contribute revenue for Red Bull and our partners.
  • Working knowledge of contracts and legal frameworks.
  • Very equipped to build relations in a variety of playgrounds – open to meeting new people and networking.
  • An agile, team player that knows how to get the work done.
  • Demonstrated presentation skills & negotiation skills.
  • Experience in establishing & strengthening commercial partnerships.
  • Experience in working cross functionally with both marketing & commercial teams.
  • A strong creative background with demonstration in bringing ideas to life / putting into action.
  • High standard of integrity with a passion for the brand and commitment to Red Bull values.
