- Design and implement comprehensive test plans for a range of software solutions. - Conduct various manual and automated tests to verify that products meet high-quality standards. - Execute all phases of verification and validation throughout the testing process. - Lead training sessions focused on quality assurance practices. - Create and establish standards and techniques for effective testing and inspection. - Provide mentorship to peers and deliver performance feedback to supervisors. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering. - Proven 5+ years experience in the same field. - ISTQB Software Tester Foundation certified is a plus. - Working knowledge of Java or C# and their unit testing frameworks. - Good knowledge of relational databases and Microsoft SQL Server. - Good understanding of HTML - Good understanding of Agile methods and techniques - Excellent communication skills. - Background experience in GSM providers, Payments solutions, and/or Software services.
